Size 10. Hemmed, I'm 5'2" and wore 4" heels and it was too long. Probably would fit someone 5'4" with 3-4" heels.Taller could wear with lower heels. Has a French and standard bustle. Standard is intact, the French bustle has 5 ties and one came undone, others are intact.
